Compass Studio became a certified B Corp in 2018, becoming Australia's youngest agency to ever be B Corp certified. In 2023, we re-certified, increasing our BIA score from 87.3 to 134.

Compass is a part of the Reconciliation Action Plan which provides tangible and substantive benefits for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Compass is part of a climate advocacy group that highlights the climate emergency, requiring action on a professional level to address the climate crisis.
